Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in a part-time capacity with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive environment focused on training the future of ABA services. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and handle physical tasks as needed.
• ABA therapy or childcare/education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
