Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering complimentary 40-hour RBT training and pathways to certification. Staff work 1:1 with clients under a BCBA, implementing tailored ABA plans, collecting progress data, and coordinating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
