Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to work with children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong communication with families and team members.
• Ability to engage and work one-on-one with children in ABA sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
