Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in 1:1 sessions, under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
