Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Michigan.

Roles are part-time with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring and training to become an RBT, plus a supportive, flexible work environment. As a BA/RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, collect data with PBS tools, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure progress;

Qualifications

• ABA therapy or related field experience preferred.
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field a plus).
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
