Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Michigan. Roles include part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers training to become an RBT and a clear growth path from BA to RBT, with supportive supervision and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include flexible scheduling, holiday pay, 40-hour RBT training, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
