Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in the United States, with part-time roles offering growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

We provide mentoring, a growth-focused environment, and a clear advancement pathway from Behavior Assistant to an RBT, plus access to complimentary 40-hour RBT training and travel/mileage support where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
