Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. Roles offer flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within PBS.

Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, including paid training and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
