Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand and include complimentary RBT training and travel locally. Benefits include quarterly bonus, holiday pay, paid sick time, retirement plan with company match, and 30+ hour workweek eligibility for health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Travel locally as required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• ABA therapy experience or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
