Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and community settings.

Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and PBS offers complimentary RBT training, mentoring, flexible scheduling, holiday pay and a clear growth pathway within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
