Job summary

PBS Corp. in Alabama is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). The roles offer complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and a path from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
