Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Alabama. Roles are initially part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering a pathway to RBT certification through complimentary training.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to advance within PBS. Eligible candidates may enroll in 40-hour RBT training and receive travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Candidate may have a related Bachelor's degree or coursework.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology or Education (plus)
