Job summary

PBS Corp. in Alabama is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with supportive, growth-focused environment and access to complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or child care is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required) and reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
