Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Alabama.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with comprehensive onboarding and training to pursue RBT certification. Roles focus on working with children with autism, delivering ABA-based sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus in psychology or education.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and families during sessions; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
