Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Alabama is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

BAs work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with complimentary 40-hour RBT training and a clear growth pathway to become an RBT. PBS emphasizes flexible scheduling and supportive mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
