Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in North Carolina is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to help children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will receive complimentary RBT training, opportunities for advancement to RBT, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursements where applicable, and benefits for those working 30+ hours.

Roles require high school diploma, ability to engage children, and willingness to travel locally; local licensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
