Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in North Carolina.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring, 40-hour RBT training, and reimbursement for travel. Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and family communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
