Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in North Carolina. The roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision and opportunities to enroll in RBT training.

PBS values a supportive, growth-focused environment and local travel when required. Part-time positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with options for advancement to an RBT and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• ABA therapy or related field experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
