Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in North Carolina. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand are available.

Roles offer mentorship, complimentary RBT training, and opportunities to advance to an RBT. Flexible scheduling, paid travel, and benefits for eligible staff are included, with pathways to professional development within our ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
