Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with free training to become an RBT.

Roles emphasize a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented environment, with mentoring, travel as needed, and opportunities to advance from BA to an RBT under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
