Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs. Part-time roles with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, plus complimentary RBT training and career advancement opportunities.

Positions involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, travel support, and benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
