Qualifications

• Entry-level exposure to ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams is advantageous.
• Ability to engage children and implement strategies under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
