Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs to work with children with autism. Part-time roles with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow, offering a pathway to RBT certification and advancement.

Roles require local travel if needed, with training to become an RBT and supportive supervision. PBS emphasizes a flexible, growth-focused environment and offers benefits for hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, ability to sit on floor and assist transitions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
