Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Michigan. Part‑time positions with growth into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
