Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in the Pittsburgh area. Part‑time roles offer a path to full‑time as caseloads grow, with complimentary RBT training and mentorship to advance your career in ABA therapy.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Local travel may be required; a high school diploma is the starting point, with further education a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions, sit on the floor, stand unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
