Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The positions offer flexible scheduling and on-the-job training to pursue RBT certification.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and teams to support meaningful outcomes in home, school, and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Able to sit/stand with clients during sessions and assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
