Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Trainees can enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue the Student Analyst track toward BCBA certification. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
