Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with opportunities to expand to full-time as caseloads grow.

We offer complimentary training to become an RBT, plus a clear growth pathway and flexible scheduling. Positions require reliability, willingness to travel locally if needed, and the ability to actively engage children in ABA sessions under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and log data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision and ongoing training.
