Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, with complimentary RBT training and pathways to certification. Flexible scheduling, travel locally, and benefits such as holidays, sick time, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
