Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work 1:1 with children with autism, applying ABA techniques under supervision. Training and mentoring lead to RBT certification, with potential growth into BCBA roles.

Flexible scheduling, local travel as needed, and support for career advancement are offered. Roles include data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality, consistent care

Qualifications

• Engage children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client data to track progress with PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
