Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for training to become an RBT and a clear career growth path. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist clients from sitting to standing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
