Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) welcomes you to join as an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or an Experienced RBT. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with 1:1 ABA work under a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Ability to travel locally when required.
• Experience with ABA or related child services is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
