Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

The company provides complimentary training to become an RBT and offers a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with mentoring and advancement opportunities. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
