Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based 1:1 support to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, and complimentary 40-hour RBT training, plus travel reimbursement where applicable and a quarterly bonus for certain hours worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in a related field is a plus.
• ABA therapy or childcare/education experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client progress.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings, and ongoing training.
