Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, a path to advance from BA to RBT, and complimentary 40-hour RBT training. Travel reimbursement and insurance benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
