Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team serving children with autism. Flexible part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, plus free RBT training and opportunities for advancement.

You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and coordinate with families and clinical teams. Travel may be required within local areas to support clients and complete supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to communicate with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
