Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and the community.

You will work 1:1 under supervision of a BCBA and have access to complimentary RBT training. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and a clear growth path to becoming an RBT are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Able to sit on the floor and assist clients, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
