Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites ambitious individuals to join as Entry Level Behavior Assistant or Experienced RBTs. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA's supervision, using ABA strategies and data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
