Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA, contributing to individualized plans, data collection, and family communication. PBS offers training to become an RBT, plus a path for career advancement and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
