Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work with clients and families professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
