Job summary

PBS Corp. in Johnston, SC is seeking energetic individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in 40-hour RBT training, and have access to flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement if needed, and a clear growth path to becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
