Job summary

PBS is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in South Carolina. Part-time roles with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand. PBS supports training to become an RBT, offers a clear growth path, and provides competitive pay with holiday pay and travel reimbursement.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field a plus.
• Must meet local licensure/credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
