Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Bennettsville, SC is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, receive complimentary RBT training, and have access to a clear career growth path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and valid transportation if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
