Job summary

PBS is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and pathways for career advancement.

Roles include working 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Training, travel where needed, and benefits are provided according to local policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
