Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in North Carolina. Positions are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand.

You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA-based plans and collecting progress data. PBS offers a pathway to become an RBT through complimentary training, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a rewarding growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
