Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in the Cassatt, SC area. You can enroll in complimentary RBT training and pursue a BCBA pathway as you gain hands-on experience with children who have autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
