Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the United States. Roles include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, with training to become an RBT and clear pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
