Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistant or experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles include 1:1 work under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Flexible part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and opportunities for training to become an RBT. Benefits include advancement, paid training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a retirement

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
