Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or RBT-ready technician to work 1:1 with children with autism, under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies. The role offers flexibility and opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training as part of career growth.

Roles may start part-time with potential for full-time as caseloads expand, including local travel where needed and access to advancement toward BCBA credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and work with clients in ABA settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
