Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) paths. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and local travel reimbursement where applicable.

The role focuses on delivering ABA-based support to children with autism, under supervision, with flexible scheduling and a clear advancement pathway to an RBT credential.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required) and engage with clients during sessions.
• Active engagement with clients, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
